Warren Elardo
Warren Elardo, a Registered Social Worker, takes a client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each person is the expert in their own life. Warren believes that therapy is a collaborative process where clients bring their lived experiences and strengths, and together, they explore new ways to navigate challenges. As a queer person of color, Warren is passionate about providing a safe and affirming space for individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, understanding the unique societal pressures and stigmas they face. In sessions with Warren, clients can expect a genuine, non-judgmental environment where they are met with compassion and validation for taking the brave step to seek support. He is especially dedicated to helping individuals find new coping strategies and rediscover their resilience. If you're feeling stuck or uncertain, Warren invites you to connect, and together, you'll work towards healing and growth.
