Sasha Lizárraga
Sasha believes that we are all inherently good and wired for love and connection. She helps her clients learn how sit with and process their emotions, with the goal of understanding themselves in a deeper and simpler way. Sasha encourages her clients to tune into the things and experiences that give them joy and pleasure, to recognize how their bodies feel in those moments, and learn how to embrace those positive feelings.
- Moving from feeling disconnected and weighed down by anger and anxiety, to finding a real sense of safety at a nervous system level, and the freedom to express all my emotions in a healthy and transformative way.
- Uncovering the hidden implications of our family’s past—a missing link too often overlooked—healing old wounds, restoring balance, and awakening a deeper connection to spirituality in the process.
- Embracing parenting as a powerful journey of healing and personal growth, where every challenge becomes an opportunity to understand deeper patterns and break cycles, creating a healthier future for ourselves and our children.
- Both of my parents are from Mexico. I grew up there, lived in the U.S. for 12 years, and then moved to Toronto in 2019.
