Melissa Milligan is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who combines over 14 years of nursing experience with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by healthcare workers, first responders, and individuals navigating separation or divorce. She believes in the power of curiosity and non-judgmental space to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. Drawing from her own experiences with workplace trauma, PTSD, co-parenting, and emotional strain, Melissa offers a compassionate, relatable presence that fosters trust and connection.
