Meagan Gallacher
Meagan is an empathetic therapist who wants to be a listening ear for her clients. Having gone through her own mental health challenges, she wants to be the support that she wished she had when she was younger. Before working in private practice, Meagan worked in community healthcare and crisis intervention. She learned a lot through this work, including how to see things from different perspectives. Meagan is an avid reader and loves a good psychological thriller.

Areas of Focus
- I mainly work with adults 20+. They all bring in their own unique challenges, however a lot of my clientele experience ADHD, mood disorders (Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder), and personality disorders (mainly Borderline Personality Disorder). I also have an extensive history of working with addiction and harm reduction.
- You’re looking for a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful growth in your life.
- I will meet you where you are at in your therapy journey, and we heal at your own pace. I want you to feel comfortable with working with me as we will be challenging your thoughts/feelings, and emotions in a supportive way.
Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach
- Supported through your growth journey. The therapeutic relationship between me and my client is one of the most important aspects of therapy. I will support you through your uncomfortability as you work towards your healing journey.

Service Offerings & Rates
- Clients can expect a safe space to share what they are currently experiencing that has brought them to therapy, what supports (if any) they have at the present moment, and to potentially discuss goals that they have for therapy. In the consultation we determine if my knowledge and skills align with what the client needs and if the client aligns with me as a therapist.
- A collaborative space where we will explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours at your own pace. Together, we will identify goals, build coping skills (or your toolbox), and work through challenges at a pace that fosters success.
- I want to honour your own unique experiences and help guide you through these challenges, identify barriers that might pose as hurdles to your growth and work through them at a steady pace that allows you to grow in the face of challenge.
