- The world of addictions; because of the people that I have worked with in the past and having worked in treatment centres I have first hand experience listening to people's stories and often relate to them quickly.
- Men's issues; as I am a male identifying person I understand first hand the nuances that men may go through especially in today's society.
- ADHD; having done my graduate research in the ADHD world and having experienced some symptoms myself I have learned to navigate the challenges and have helped others learn to navigate their ADHD symptoms.
- Mental performance and anxiety; my experience as an athlete has given me a unique perspective of the challenges that athletes face on a daily basis.
- Second generation Asian male born and raised in Canada; I understand the inner conflict of choosing between your Canadian identity and Asian identity. Learning to know what it means to be a (insert cultural background here) Canadian often comes with its challenges and can be tricky. I can help you navigate that journey and build a sense of self that feels right to you.
