Meet Luigi

Luigi employs a comprehensive approach to his practice, taking into account a client's individual personality, personal history, cultural background, and behavioral patterns. His mission is to guide his clients through life's challenges, aiming to help them emerge stronger and more resilient. Luigi brings a wealth of experience in working with diverse groups, including children, youth, families, and adults.

My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of…
  • Knowing what it’s like to hold yourself to high standards, sometimes to the point of feeling like it’s never enough. Whether in sports, work, or personal life, I understand the pressure to constantly perform, improve, and prove yourself. Together, we can explore where these expectations come from and work toward a healthier, more self-compassionate mindset.
  • Family dynamics being messy, and setting boundaries that isn’t always easy. If you’ve ever felt unheard, criticized, or like you don’t quite fit in with your family, I get it. I help clients navigate complicated relationships while protecting their own peace.
  • Trying to meet everyone’s expectations, but what about your own? Cultural and societal pressures can shape how we see ourselves, sometimes making us feel like we have to live up to a certain image. If you’re feeling caught between different worlds or struggling to own your identity, I offer a space to unpack that and figure out what truly feels right for you.
  • Finding yourself stuck in your head, overthinking, analyzing, or questioning everything. It’s easy to get caught up in self-reflection without moving forward. I help clients bridge the gap between understanding and action so they can create real change in their lives.
  • Burnout, stress, and feeling like work is taking over your life. Whether you’re in a high-pressure job, navigating a career transition, or just feeling drained, I help clients find balance, regain confidence, and reconnect with what truly matters to them.
  • Processing the world differently. If you’ve ever felt like your brain works in a way that others don’t quite understand, whether it’s ADHD, deep self-reflection, or just feeling “different”, I provide a judgment free space to explore your experiences and find strategies that work for you.
  • Facing high pressure moments alone. As a high performance Karate competitor, I know what it’s like to push through challenges, handle nerves, and find focus under pressure. I share tools to help clients navigate their own high stakes situations with more confidence and grace.
