Lea Konforte is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who takes a compassionate, somatic approach to therapy, guiding clients to connect with their mind, body, and heart for lasting healing and growth. She believes therapy is not just about overcoming challenges but empowering individuals to thrive and create a life aligned with their true selves. With a background as a high school teacher and a master’s degree in special education, Lea brings over 14 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs and unique strengths. Her clients can expect a deeply personalized and culturally sensitive approach, where their stories and backgrounds are respected and woven into their therapy journey.
