Lauren Gaudet
Lauren is a compassionate therapist who has extensive experience working with students, professionals, the 2IALGBTQ+ community, caregivers supporting loved ones with dementia, and works with adults of all ages. Lauren describes her therapeutic approach as working with the mind into the body, as well as the body into the mind. They have training in many modalities including: EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting 'DBR', and Safe and Sound Protocol 'SSP'.
