Meet Hannah

Hannah Eisenberg is a Registered Psychotherapist who takes a warm, person-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, goals, and pace. She believes healing begins when we slow down and tend to emotional wounds rather than rushing into change. Hannah understands the vulnerability it takes to open up and creates a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. Clients can expect a collaborative, non-judgmental environment where feedback is encouraged and progress unfolds naturally. She has a special interest in helping clients work through difficult relationship patterns, emotional processing, and navigating the stages of change. Hannah welcomes clients at any point in their journey and is ready to meet them exactly where they are.

My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of…
  • Life Transitions: Navigating my own life transitions has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that come with significant changes, allowing me to empathize with clients going through similar experiences.
  • Overcoming Challenges: Overcoming personal obstacles has strengthened my ability to connect with clients who face difficult circumstances, offering them understanding and support during tough times.
  • Empathy for Clients in Difficult Times: My personal journey enhances my empathy for individuals seeking support during challenging moments, enabling me to offer compassionate and effective guidance.
My cultural or ancestral background is…
  • Diverse; my cultural background allows me to appreciate diverse perspectives, and I strive to create a welcoming space for individuals from various communities.
My clients describe me using words like…
  • Compassionate
  • Non-judgmental
  • Empathetic
  • Insightful
  • Supportive
  • Approachable
