Courtney's goal is to provide everyone with tools to process emotions more effectively and to overcome life’s challenges in a healthy way.
She have extensive experience working with brain wellness and chronic illness including Parkinson’s Disease, cognitive decline, concussion/head injury, and other mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and grief.
When Courtney is not working she's focused on raising her two young children with her husband.
- People dealing with long term illnesss. My dad has had Parkinson's disease for nearly 20 years and underwent Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery in 2013.
- Mental health challenges, I have struggled with my own anxiety and depression in the past.
- Navigating and balancing a busy life, I am the parent of 2 young boys.
