Christy became a therapist after having worked with vulnerable populations since she was 14. She has a passion for connecting with others in a way that brings light to difficult situations. She likes using the metaphor of superheroes, their strengths and limitations, to help clients gain a new perspective on life. She says that counseling sessions should be warm, colourful, and dynamic, and she doesn't like to take herself too seriously.
