Born to Sri Lankan immigrant parents in the early nineties, Atheesan Mahendrarajah experienced the challenges of cultural adaptation firsthand. As a therapist, he offers a balanced approach, blending directness with gentleness to address clients' emotional needs. Atheesan prioritizes equipping clients with coping strategies before exploring past traumas, respecting their boundaries. He guides clients through addiction and loneliness, aiming to transition them from survival to thriving. With empathy and guidance, Atheesan empowers individuals to unlock their full potential and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
