Through her own experiences, she recognizes the difficulties of not being able to understand our own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which can leave us feeling confused, and isolated. Alicia supports individuals of all ages as they work to become more self-aware and make meaningful changes in their lives. Alicia is currently enjoying learning how to swim, and watching the Food Network.
