My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of…
  • What anxiety feels like, and how to manage it using neuroscience-based tools
  • The difference between healthy and chronic stress, and how to reduce the latter
  • Healing from trauma using the Flash technique, a neuroscience-based tool that helps people release their emotions, which I’ve both studied and personally benefited from
  • Work-related stress from firsthand experience in both teaching and the corporate world
  • The unique pressures faced by frontline workers, such as paramedics, nurses, and teachers, as someone who has worked in these environments
  • Embryo freezing, infertility, and the surrogacy process, as well as coping with involuntary childlessness, informed by my first-hand experiences
  • The challenges immigrants and their children face, experiences I’ve personally lived through
  • Navigating life with chronic illness while finding ways to manage, adapt, and thrive
My cultural or ancestral background is…
  • Born in Bosnia, with roots in the Spanish Sephardic Jewish community
  • Raised in Canada, where I’ve grown up feeling proud to be Canadian, Jewish, and Eastern European
My clients describe me using words like…
  • Easy to talk to
  • Caring
  • Empathetic
  • Deep listener
  • Supportive
  • Empowering

  • Listen deeply and with empathy: To understand your unique experiences and perspectives.
  • Guide you in developing greater body awareness: Helping you tune into your physical sensations, understand their connection to your emotions and thoughts, and learn techniques to achieve deep calmness.
  • Empower you to regulate your nervous system: Through somatic practices that promote grounding, relaxation, and a sense of safety.
  • Support you in processing emotions and experiences: In a way that honours the mind-body connection.
  • Collaborate with you to achieve your therapeutic goals: Whether that's reducing anxiety, navigating life transitions, improving relationships, or enhancing self-awareness.
