- Complex emotional challenges across the lifespan, particularly in children and families. With over 12 years in social work, I integrate a trauma-informed, client-centred, and holistic approach, drawing on the bio-psycho-social model and the importance of family systems. I’m trained in CBT, ACT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, strength-based therapy, and inner child work, allowing me to adapt care to each person’s unique needs and experiences.
- Rooted in Hong Kong, giving me a deep understanding of Asian culture, values, and traditions.
- This perspective allows me to connect with clients from similar backgrounds and provide culturally sensitive care that respects and integrates their unique experiences and identities.
